Description next to time spent in the project

Hey, when you start time tracking, there is option to set description. That description would be very nice to see once you hit stop on the time tracking, next to the time spet so we do not have to click EDIT on the spent time to see what I was acutally doing.

If that would be easy to implement, please do, this tracking tool is awesome, one of the best for my needs.
