Remember time between sessions

A new setting called Start Time is introduced which sets what time the stopwatch should start at. This start time can be manually changed via settings, and is automatically changed to the current stopwatch time when pausing the stopwatch.

The timer have also changed from a long number to .NET Stopwatch.
