Lack of title bar in VNC settings can lead to dead-ends that are impossible to back out of without a container restart

Example, if you try to dive into a recent download by right clicking and "open folder"

You'll end up here with no way to back out short of restarting the container.

While there's no real reason to go to "open folder", you probably want to avoid dead ends like this that require a restart to back out of.

Tweaking the VNC settings to show the title bars of windows would leave you with the "x" button to back out of anything like this.
