Reset all BHTwitter Settings?

I'm asking because I've tried out a different font. Didn't fit so I wanted to revert to the default. But according to sources the font on iOS for X is "Chirp", which is nowhere in the given list.

I did but I don't know it really feels off. Might because I kept the different font for like 3 weeks. Tried comparing on BH and Safariimage
