[Feature Request] Hide "Followed by" on profile

Please add an option to the hide the "Followed by" line on the profile.

It appears after a short delay when opening a profile. This results in tapping it accidentally, when one tries to tap "Posts", "Replies", "Media" or "Likes" quickly after opening a profile, because it appears just under your finger.
