Twitter layout broken on v3.8 A12 <=Twitter 9.44.0

After updating BHTwitter to v3.8, it's bugging out the UI. I'm on iPhone A12 iOS 14 so the max Twitter version I can use is 9.44. I tested it on 9.44, 9.40, and 9.31.1. The same bug was consistent on all those versions.
