Update README.md to include List of Capabilities at top of usage block.

I added a block to the README.md to include a short TOC of capabilities for easy viewing. Changes tested and passed. TOC added is listed below.

Capabilities

  1. Create Disposable Email
  2. Fetch Emails
  3. Generate Account Details
  4. Delete Email Address (NO MORE EMAILS FROM SENDERS)
