ERROR FATAL AL EJECUTAR EXE

primero que todo, no me deja instalar los pyaudios incluso si tengo python3.8 y al crear el ejecutable no deja ejecutar y sale error Y al revisar el codigo de python antes de compilar me sale este error BAINKY BRO HELP

Regarding pyaudio module I installed them with pipwin and it works without problems. But I have the same error "failed to execute the script"
