Additional Information Title doesn't change when add or modified title in app.json

Additional Information Title doesn't change when we modified in /opt/bahmni-web/etc/bahmni_config/openmrs/apps/registration/app.json file. As the code itself repeat the title additional information when we add more additional information field in it.
