Dedicated mobile background images not showing

It seems that when we use specific mobile background images, they don't show up in the mobile.

Exemple here: https://badsender-stage.herokuapp.com/mailings/60098d4997a63b0039d259e9 (it is called "test mobile img bg" in the stage environnement)

The first block have the same background image for mobile ad desktop, and everything is fine. The second block have a background image for desktop, and another specific background image for mobile. And in the mobile view, the specific mobile background image doesn't show up, though everything works fine in the final downloaded HTML.

EDIT: It seems it works if you go directly on the email without working on the background images. But if on another block you add mobile background images, then it doesn't work anymore
