As a user or group admin, I want to be able to log in only once in one place with my login, In order to secure my account

Rules

• If a user is connected with is credential somewhere, and he does connect to the tool at another place, the first session should automatically log him off.
• a connected user should automatically be logged off after 30 minutes of inactivity
