I've done some investigation, and this won't be possible directly from the public folder. For this to work you'll have to use a browser extension.

However, I might be able to implement a new View engine for MHTML which can parse the files. I'll have to do some investigation.

Chrome & Edge can view .mhtml. Firefox can't view it anymore (in the past, it can view .mht & .mhtml files).
