Suggestion: make outgoing mails optional
Again, something for the Administrator to toggle in the settings; Fresh installs error out when trying to create a new ticket if the mail settings haven't been set; other scenarios might just be that users log in to check tickets and don't need emails sent, same for requestors who might not need notifications
Sounds good, I labelet it as a good first issue for somebody who wants to start with handesk
I'm getting the error even after setting the SMTP settings. It looks like it's trying to send the email from the ticket creator instead of the account I set. I would think it odd in this day and age to have an SMTP server that's okay with forging from addresses, especially in a corp environment.
