User in CC not added to ticket
When a user got's CC in the email, he's not receiving any ticket updates.
Is it possible to add the user in the CC's of is it only handled for the one user who requested the ticket my email?
@BadChoice what do you think of this idea?
It looks like a coherent idea, however right now we only store one email for requester, so it is the one notified when there are updates The only way I think it could work, would be to add extra notifications field (emails) to the ticket itself
