Predefined replies - canned response?
Hi,
Is it possible to implement predefined replies? Users ask same questions often, so having some sort of canned response like in Gmail would be really beneficial.
This feature is still not implemented but I plan to add it soon
Do you have any idea or example on how you’d like it?

Anything that can quickly allow us to select a pre-defined reply previously.
Something like this, what do you think? Is there a more user-friendly way? In particular we would have cca 15 pre-defined questions, but we have to think of usability and ease of access for those with hundreds. The easiest I was able to find is this
