Create CI progress for Pull Requests

  • [ ] Register repo with ADO
  • [ ] Create tests and checks for CI
  • [ ] Create yaml file for build

We need a CI process set up for any pull requests made for the Polymorph repo. We should also create some tests to verify that the whole thing works.
