Compatibility with unity 2019_3

Not c# / unity dev, just made it compatible following each issues on the console for a proof of concept, please tell me if I need to exclude meta files in .gitignore, I have used the repo as it is and I don't know if they are useful or not.

BTW thanks for the package, it's been a real time saver!
