Port installation scripts to ansible playbooks

Slowly move install scripts to ansible playbooks, more reliable and easier to run/configure.

Current shairport-sync aka airplay has been ported. I will create a list of what is needed for feature parity. This will be a more consistent way of installation and easier to make make changes and maintain.
