Running processes are unkillable

Windows: When you run Holodeck it can't be closed by clicking the close button. Instead you have to do it from task manager. It also captures your mouse on startup.

Capturing the mouse is a simple switch in the viewport settings of the project in the editor. Not being able to click the close button has to do with the semaphores.
