Are you using the current 0.0.2-hotfix5 release? If so, you may have to roll back to an earlier version of the game or you can wait until the upcoming update of Community Patch. It will fix this problem.

I am having the same issue and I am suing the most current version of the patch. I have also started a new save game. What version of the game do you support at this time with this patch?

I believe I have tried 1.1 due to stability issues with some other mods I have not tried 1.2 or 3, although I have tried only using this mod by itself and still get the same result.
