Non local Fastgtn?

According to the fastgtn readme there is a non_local option , but I don't see it in the implementation in openhgnn. Is it called something else or has this not been implemented in the OpenHGNN implementation of Fastgtn?

Thanks for supporting OpenHGNN.We have not yet implemented the content of the non_local part in FastGTN.We will follow up on this content in the future.
