Description of the issue

Procedures to reproduce this issue is as follows.

  1. Launching MATLAB
  2. Changing working directory path to D:\workspace_MATLAB\Homer3
  3. Running setpaths under MATLAB command window
  4. Running Homer3 under MATLAB command window
