How to work with normalized spectra?.

Hello, I managed to install the program, and it runs fine with the test spectra, but when I use my spectra I see that there is no option to work with spectra that are flux normalized, how can I do in that case?, my spectra are only flux normalized and I can't change them. Thanks for the help.
