If I'm in the page http://docs.gl/gl3/glDrawArrays, and search for glBindVertexBuffer I am probably looking for the gl3 version.

I think it'd be a good idea to show that at the top.

Great idea. I don't have the bandwidth to make a patch at the moment, but PRs are welcome. Otherwise I'll get to it later.
