[On pc](https://github.com/Kylemc1413/SongCore/blob/fe59d66847e095e781f0aa12f58257d83deeda9e/UI/RequirementsUI.cs#L160-L168) there's an info image and text if the icon path is empty, this should be implemented in pinkcore as well

The in-game settings allow one to override map colors for blocks and the background. However, the background colors can not be overrided on some maps when No Effects is chosen....
