Add Magic Items Book and Page references

Add Magic Items Book and Page references to the following Armies:

• [x] Empire
• [ ] Beastmen
• [ ] Bretonnia
• [ ] DoC
• [ ] DE ??
• [ ] Dwarves
• [x] Lizardmen
• [ ] Skaven
• [x] Wood Elves (6th ed AB)

Note: other army have seperate issues open.. added this to those issues

Hi I want to help improve the Lizardmen catalog, and I see that this is a issue that goes for the Lizardmen as well. Can you explain more what specific needs to be added?

mostly in the shared entry group for magic items to add the Book name and page refference in their appropriate field, it's a minor thing but can be tedious to do
