Active keys - blocked

Current behavior

I open up openvr2key and it says active keys blocked and I can't find anyone to help

Steps to reproduce the behavior

No repetition steps just happens

Just a glitch I think?

Blocked means the SteamVR dashboard is active, that will block input.

what is the steamvr dashboard and how do i close it

It's the main menu system for SteamVR, what you launch games and change settings in while in the VR headset. You aim the controller away from it and trigger to dismiss it, or click a system button, not sure what that is on Quest.
