Current behavior

So it was starting to bug so I deleted it and downloaded a new one. Then it didn't work so i just kept on deleting and downloading and nothing seemed to work. I have tried almost everything. I just don't know what to do

Steps to reproduce the behavior

I had to open it before I opened steam because another one opened and didn't even show up so I couldn't see it at all.
