Manager - German menu shortcut not working

Describe the bug On a german Linux system the last entry in the Menu Werkzeuge (=Tools) is "Meldungen". The keyboard shortcut there doesn't work and is different to the english version.

BOINC Manager 8.0.0 German Menu -> Werkzeuge: "Meldungen...Umschalt+M" -> keyboard shortcut does nothing (but Umschalt+Strg+E works as well as a mouse click)

BOINC Manager 8.0.0 English Menu -> Tools: "EventLog...Umschalt+Strg+E" -> keyboard shortcut works (No typo, the Menu is really mixed language).

Steps To Reproduce

• Open a console window
• cd to the BOINC directory
• run ./boincmgr

Switch between DE and EN and repeat the steps.

Expected behavior The german version should show the correct shortcut "Umschalt+Strg+E" or open the log if "Umschalt+M" is pressed.

System Information

• BOINC Version: 8.0.0
