Enabled http_debug makes boinc manager bug out

Describe the bug When i leave http_debug enabled it makes boinc manager buggy Steps To Reproduce

1. enable http debug
2. make it write to log a lot

Expected behavior it works normally

• OS: windows 11 23h2
• BOINC Version: 7.24.1

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here. boinctasks works fine

1. It's not recommended to keep any debug flag enabled for a long period of time.
2. Could you please add more context to your definition of 'buggy'? What exactly is going wrong with the Manager?

It displays empty lines in projects and tasks tabs

I couldn't repro this. Does it happen when there are many file transfers at the same time?
