[Windows] BOINC with VirtualBox bundle doesn't detect installed VirtualBox

On one of the forums in was mentioned that the latest BOINC with VirtualBox bundle (7.24.1) doesn't work properly: VirtualBox is installed but not detected by BOINC. The reason of that might be the version of VirtualBox (7.0.6) that is included into the installation bundle. It was mentioned that BOINC correctly detects VirtualBox version 6.*. Proper investigation with the clean installation is required as well as a separate installation of the VirtualBox 7.0.6.

Is this on Win? The client detects vbox by looking in the registry. I couldn't repro this with vbox 7.0.8 and boinc master. Maybe it's related to the installer.

I was not able to reproduce this either. Might be related to the older version of the Windows that has an issue with the latest VirtualBox. I'll update the ticket if/when I have more information
