Describe the problem An easy way to add a new project to the client from a website -- register a new protocol, for example boinc://[email protected]

Describe the solution you'd like Clicking on that link in a browser will attach that project to local BOINC instance

Additional context Shouldn't be that hard, write a simple wrapper that registers into HKCR (Windows) or.desktop file (Linux) that just calls boinccmd --project_attach <URL> <token> locally
