Feature request: [Android] Add transfer tab like in windows client

Describe the problem A clear and concise description of the problem you're looking to solve. When a project download large file, I cannot see if it still download or it stuck and I need to reset the transfer.

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. Add a transfer tab that will show the status of the files transfer like in windows client.
