News posts should have tags, not just categories. Each tag should be capable of aliases, e.g. `warcraft-iii`, `warcraft-3`, and `wc3` should all be synonymous as a single tag.

Old Redux had relationships between documents and packets where users could navigate to related documentation. Phoenix should support this as well.
