[Performance] App freezing when too much webradios URLs are provided

Description

I tried to provide my Navidrome webradios (~21000 stations) from an open-source list like these ones, then when i try to open Amperfy, specially the Radios tab, the app freezes about a good minute or so, before start to display all the radio stations.

Additional Notes

Like this issue on Tempus, it may be a good idea to add pagination or another optimized way like Navidrome does on his web interface to display/stores webradios URLs.
