Remember chosen options when disabling/enabling mod

It'd be nice if OpenBLCMM remembered what selections you'd made, and what MUT options you had selected, if you disable a mod entirely, so that if you re-enable it later, you choices "come back." Doing that would require extra data in the mod file, of course, so I'm not sure if it's actually worth it, in the end. Still, something to think about...
