BedGraph support

Hi,

I am trying to use generation and in particular the ScoreMatrix/ScoreMatrixList function to retrieve signal per base over windows in Granges object with targets BedGraph files. I know, and I am extensively using scoreMatrix options to load Granges, bigwig etc... but there are situations where loading a bedgraph into a Granges first is really memory inefficient. Would this be easy to implement?
