Opposite way

A new request - rather then issues

Could there be a way to get this to work opposite. So when I ctrl+click on an item the item is deleted - or possible to select multiple items that can be deleted. Today it works opposite, that ctrl click safe the item - but would be much easier to select those I want to delete instead of having to go through all items
