Activate the "New" Button under the file Menu to improve workflows

Currently the only way to create a new schema is to quit and re-open the app. If you have multiple schema you are building sequentially quitting and reopening constantly can be a drain on your time.

By activating the "New" option in the File Menu, users can create a new schema without quitting and re-opening the application.
