Set-up Helper: server connection

Hi, im having an issue with the setup helper. I input my URL and creds for server connection to collect policies, but it gives me an error. "Verify username and password."

Im sure that my server endpoint is available and creds are correct. Is it an API change issue? Auth method being used nolonger supported?
