SSAS Tabular 1200: Printer Friendly Dimension Usage enhancements

BI Developer Extensions has support for basic Printer Friendly Dimension Usage reports against 1200 Tabular models. But it doesn't account for bi-directional relationships or any more advanced relationship types. For example, it would be nice to show m2m (infinity) symbols in the bus matrix version of the report.

While we have completed a first version of the bus matrix with m2m infinity symbols quite a while ago, we could do a better job with showing relationship types in both the regular and bus matrix version of the report. Leaving this open to represent this.
