Prettier tab separators.

Made tab separator lines so they don't normally span the entire height of the tab bar unless their tab is being mouseovered or active. Adds additional visual cues to highlight mouseovered and active tabs. Not sure how exactly it was like in Photon Compact, but the full height lines looked odd to me.

Needs @namespace url("http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul"); to work properly. Just figured this out when I set up a new userchrome on a different PC.

Hey @cobrafast , thanks for the PR. I'll look into this as soon as I have time, just letting you know since a long time has passed since you opened it.

Since I recently updated the project this PR has some conflicts, so if you could look into that I'd be more than thankful. If you can't I'll get to it when I have time to review!
