Adding relations to BFO

Current BFO 2.0 OWL is a classes-only specification. Need to incorporate relations in next release.

I second this. I have been looking at using BFO for several projects, and I am very confused by the state of the OWL version of the ontology/ontologies.

IAO, which uses BFO 2.0, does have relations, which seem to come from various auxiliary ontologies.
