Include definitions of temporalized relations used in OWL as part of Reference

Previously Barry has disavowed interest or involvement in the BFO OWL development process, but users have asked that the Reference included documentation on relations that are defined to accommodate OWL expressivity.

There is now agreement that this documentation will become part of the reference, although the first focus is on ensuring the reference includes proper documentation for the non-owl-only relations upon which they depend.

As a consequence of them being in the reference, there will also be examples of usage and other documentation that will automatically be imported into the OWL rendering.
