Implement an IBroker to integrate with Azure Service Bus.

It's not planned yet. It's not a technology I use in my day-to-day work, and I'm already struggling to find the time to work on the next major release, continuing to evolve the core, Kafka, and MQTT. Can you maybe contribute it?
