Remove the upload file and audio recording if not setup in the code

Currently, the file upload and audio recording (speech-to-text) functionalities are available even if they are not properly configured in the code.

Expected Behavior: The file upload and audio recording (speech-to-text) features should be disabled or removed if they are not configured.
