[PR-24-5] Aperture Tag Soundtrack has no loop points

I recently noticed that the Aperture Tag music has no loop points, and loops the song like on a YouTube video, I'm not sure why this is, since it appears that the VPK's are being used for the soundtrack, this is most noticeable on the 'Reconstructing Ambience' track.

I've not noticed this happening recently, might have been fixed
