Monitor Videos and Elevator Videos wont load

Description of the bug

When I pick a Elevator video or put a monitor for a character eg. Wheatley or Glados, it just doesn't load. Its either black or looks like i have selected the "none" option on elevator videos. The monitors work fine if I place a viewing camera somewhere, its just when i select a character that can be displayed or select an elevator video is when either break.

Expected behavior

I expect the elevator and monitor screens to work as intended.
