Show All Style-Specific Functionality in Item Descriptions

Description of the feature

Show functionality-relevant differences for all styles, rather than just the current style in in-app item descriptions.

Why should this be implemented

Some items have style-specific functionality and/or Puzzle Maker options. If the user adds an item to the palette after looking at the description but before changing the style, they may not be aware of style-specific functionality.

Additional information

Inspired by this issue, where I didn't know about Overgrown style–specific functionality for the stairs due to only having seen the description for the stairs in the Clean style, where the Overgrown-specific functionality wasn't listed: https://github.com/BEEmod/BEE2-items/issues/4416
