Splash screen tweaks

This is the current splash screen, with a randomized background image: There are a few things I think should be tweaked here:

• Reduce the size. I know the smaller one exists, but that shouldn't be necessary IMO. It doesn't need to be this big even on the larger size.
• Change the subtitle font. This is probably a bug, since Times New Roman looks pretty out of place, and I seem to remember there being a big discussion about this back when the splash screen was first added. I'm not sure exactly what to use, but most sans-serif fonts should work.
• Change the greenish color to just grey or something, it also looks out of place.
• The backgrounds of the subtitle text overlap slightly, fix that.

Could we possibly toss in a few new background images? I'd be willing to make the images myself.

Actually, yes! This is already fully possible!

However the GitHub release needs to be modified so newly downloaded versions get the new pics.
